Jonathan’s diverse portfolio draws on a skill set developed through a 35 year career as a professional advisor and entrepreneur in Financial Services and Fin Tech which began at PwC. This was followed by investment banking at Prudential Bache, Bank of America and Singer & Friedlander. He then co-founded Quadrant Capital, an asset management business that was ultimately sold to the Bank of New York Mellon. At its peak, Quadrant Capital had more than US$7 billion of assets under management using its internally developed risk management software platform. This in turn led to his move into Fin Tech with the co-founding of Risk First - now a world leading provider of risk analytics and reporting solutions for the pensions industry.
In the course of his career, Jonathan has been involved in numerous public and private issues of equity and debt; he has been involved in corporate acquisitions, disposals, financings and reorganisations; he has set up and run companies, partnerships, joint ventures and mutual funds.
